Education :

Technical High School/ University (Electronic; Mechanic; Mechatronic)

Skills :

·       Ability in using electrical/electronic tools, mechanical tools and measuring tools.

·       Installation and/or maintenance of machines - for sheet metal machinery.

·        It is preferable that more than three years

·       .Willing to travel up to 25 percent of the time.

·       Good knowledge of English. ( Additionally preferable Italian-Finnish languages )

·       Central work areas of the coordinator  will be in İstanbul, Our after sales activities will maybe all over Turkey.

·       Able to create and work with service team.

·       Customer oriented.

·       Available to travel in abroad.

Job description:

• Daily service activities follow up and reported by CRM ( Microsoft NAV, PST) 
• Follow up utilization rate of service team and together the CSM, define the necessary actions plan monthly, in order to keep under control it.
• Define together the CSM the needs of engineers training 
• Assure correct and accurate troubleshooting applying problem solving techniques by service team 
• Communication with customers for requests of interventions and feedbacks,  
• Communication with all PU’s, in order to share and solve all customers service issue. 
• Use constantly the web platform (JIRA Service), to manage all technical problem that are not able to solve with his team. 
• Necessary to have customer visit for technical solution explanation
