General Qualialifications:

• Responsible for adherence to company rules, policies, and procedures.
• Submits accurate reports and data in a timely manner.
• Maintains assigned equipment and facilities as required.
• Responsible for regulatory compliance of all rules, regulations, and laws  in accordance with appropriate federal, state/local enforcement agencies.
• Responsible for assigning work, assisting in projects, training/overseeing the performance of the well site operators.
• Supervise/assist operator crews in the preparation of the unit in addition  to calibration of equipment.
• Adheres to all well service health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Instructs staff in work policies and procedures
• Fosters and maintains positive relationships with customers
• Builds confidence in the quality of the services provided.
• Responsible for quality control of log data and service quality that meets company and customer expectations
• Responsible for maintenance of mobile equipment (wireline trucks, crane trucks, and fleet vehicles) Offshore employees working both on water and inland will be responsible for both vehicle fleet and skid fleet. 

Requirements:

• Strong English and Turkish oral and written skills
• Knowledge in Excel, PPT, Word
• Strong mechanical ability
• Electrical knowledge encouraged
• Able to work independently in high stress situations
• Military service completed
• Clean criminal record
• Ability to get SRC 5 license
• Available immediately
