Dealer Development Manager

Our client is a multinational group of companies operating in the Automotive Sector. Currently ranked as Europe’s second largest automaker, a French Multinational Manufacturer of automobiles and motorcycles sold under different brands in all over the world. In order to strengthen their sales team, the company is in need of “Dealer Development Manager”.

• Bachelor's degree and preferably of professional experience in sales, dealer develpment and business development
• 6-12 years of experience gained within a best practice multinational environment
• Strong communication, drive for results, time management and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a challenging, fast-paced environment, often on multiple projects with limited timelines
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Excellent communication, presentation and influencing skills
• Ambitious, driven, constructive, energetic person who is keen on learning
• Flexible and adaptive to internal processes and change

İŞ TANIMI

• Make sales analysis on dealers and track on dealers’ sales performance
• Draw the marketing/sales plan and conduct the activities together with dealers
• Support dealers on their own inventory management and parts operations
