We are looking for experienced CIVIL ENGINEERS for our company PROMET’s construction sites which is the leading firm in Turkey for the turnkey realization of high end spa&wellness and Pool applications in five star hotel Projects worldwide.

The ideal candidate will be based in abroad at construction site and will be responsible for whole Project execution from the mobilization stage up to the completion and hand over, as technical engineer , site engineer , site

Construction Quality Assurance/Quality Control engineer; preparing submittals for the approval stage, supervising sub-contractors, checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly, providing technical advice and solving problems on site, ensuring projects meet agreed specifications, budget &

timescales, ensuring that health and safety and sustainability policies and legislation are adhered, preparing site reports and filling in other related paperwork, etc.

Qualifications:

- University degree from reputable Universities, MSc degree would be an asset

- Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in understanding and performing quality management and inspection at site in construction sector with a contractor engaged especially in fit-out and interior scope.

- Experience with managing field engineering, inspection, all QA/QC functions.

- Experience in project planning, execution (construction realities), management, and communication with all engineering groups.

- Strong working knowledge of civil, architectural, mechanical and electrical work;

- Strong knowledge of the sequencing of work and the strategy of creating effective project schedules;

- Good understanding of project change administration and the effect of the quality aspects of the project;

- Proficient with computer software used in the construction industry, MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.

- Solid understanding of means and methods of construction for civil project work and/or the renovation of commercial and industrial facilities;

- Supervision of safe storage and verification of all project related documentation, both paper documents and electronic files.

- Ability to ensure correct codes, standards, job specifications, project procedures, local law regulations are properly identified, correctly specified in detail, and met or exceeded.

- Advanced ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written in English, with all internal organization departments, suppliers, subcontractors, and regulatory authorities.

- Strong coordination and organization skills, with strict emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail.

- Having riving license and being an active driver

- Have no restriction to travel and work in Turkey and abroad

- Completed military service for male candidates
