Qualifications

• University degree with a relevant major  (Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Industrial Engineering, etc.)
• Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong communication skills that will enable you to thrive in a challenging and exciting work environment
• Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams
• Experience in supervising and coordinating multiple agencies (social media, creative, e-mail marketing, content, etc.)
• Ability to work in a team, strong leadership skills, and motivation
• Curious, creative, and know how to detect and plan for the social trends of the future
• Areas of Willingness and ability to travel as required and ability to work in a flexible schedule
• Fluency in English
• Good command of MS Office applications

Main Responsibilities

• Stay up-to-date on market trends, technological developments, and marketing applications
• Managing and executing PR and communication activities including ATL and BTL, social media, and brand marketing activities
• Managing the budget for advertising, digital, content, and communication activities
• Creating a social media communication strategy in line with our brand goals and main messages, implementing these strategies in coordination with the agency, and monitoring & reporting
• Following up KPIs for social media channels, traffic analysis, and reporting for the website
• Being responsible for Pirelli and other brand's related product positioning, and executing the brand communication strategy, conducting the localization process.
• Control and monitoring of corporate identity applications & execution of internal communication activities in line with related departments
• Assisting in the POS branding based on corporate guidelines
• Following the market dynamics and competition with research reports and preparing analysis based on research data. Developing recommendations and action plans accordingly
• Lead digital marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal and external teams
• Continuously improve by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
• Manage company website and linked contests to improve overall awareness and positive experience
