Job Description & Requirements

 We are looking for teammates to work in our Physical laboratories; 

• Bachelor’s Degree in Material Engineering, Polymer Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, or Physical Engineering, preferably a master’s degree
• Experienced in the use of the rubber compound testing instruments and physical test methods,
• Preferably experienced in rubber compound testing laboratory,
• Having a good level of MS Office usage,
• Good command of English,
• Strong ability to analyze and solve problems,
• Having high teamwork and communication skills,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Laboratory analysis
• Ensure the requested physical characterization of materials, through the use of internal/external equipment and competencies, storing the results in the laboratory database
• Ensure the analysis, in close collaboration with other functions, of different characterization needs
• Identify/apply the most suitable methods for the experiments and better data-processing criteria for the results obtained, also by formulating test protocols for specific needs.
• Carry out theoretical or empirical modeling for measuring the test results.
• May carry out Quality controls at the plan level and support the R&D Materials Technologist by carrying out the required tests to homologate raw materials and suppliers.

• Verify the correct calibration of laboratory instruments/tools.
• External collaborations
• Communicate and interact with research institutions outside the company
• Identify new opportunities for "external" characterization or new laboratory equipment/tools suppliers.
