R&D Specialist

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering from a reputable university
• Preferably minimum 2 years of experience in R&D process.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Strong skills about analytical thinking, open minded, decision making, teamworking and problem solving
• No obstacles for international business travels
• Military service must be completed for male candidates
• Live/Willing to live in Izmit

İŞ TANIMI

• Guarantee the development of compounds for Pirelli products, identifying new solutions or developing improvements in the materials currently used, on the basis of the needs of other functions (e.g.: performances, producibility, cost reduction, and so on).
• Manage projects of innovation related to materials, from the stage of laboratory studies to testing and prototypes development, always cooperating with the other functions involved.
• Homologate new raw materials and suppliers, by defining the technical specifications for the suppliers and then by requesting the needed tests to the laboratory. Evaluate the results of the laboratory tests and support
