We are looking for looking for a  Junior Project Leader  who will enjoy the challenge of working in our rapidly growing organization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Computer, Industrial and etc), Business Administration, Labor Economics, Math, Statistics or MIS
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Science (MSc) is considered an asset,
• Preferably have internship experience
• Capable of working in a demanding, deadline-driven environment either independently or within a team dynamic,
• Ability to produce quality work project with an attention to detail,
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken
• Excellent command of MS Office Tools
• Good communication; written and spoken skills
• No military obligation for male candidates

İŞ TANIMI

• Develop concrete, detailed plans for a project, including the schedule, the budget, outlining the duties of each team members, identifying project goals, and setting a timeline for the project
• Facilitates collaboration between suppliers, customers, and subject matter experts throughout project life-cycles
• Supports the creation and maintenance of project charters, action plans, project schedules, resource planning and tracking, meeting minutes, presentations, and reports
• Develops & manages communications plans for all assigned projects
• Prepares and presents reports defining project progress, problems and solutions for executive management, as needed.
• Manages projects from inception to closure.
• Assists in the definition of project metrics and the establishment of project success criteria with all business sponsors
• Manages and regulates the change management process for each assigned project.
• Manages and directs communication, negotiation, and status with all levels of the organization
