Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager- Marketing Strategist to be responsible for setting specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for our company. You will conduct in-depth research to identify new market opportunities and consumer preferences, ensure marketing strategies align with overall business strategy, and help shape the brand positioning and narrative while targeting the proper audience.

This is a strategic position owning all processes and systems related to new business opportunities, marketing productivity, data quality, marketing tools and technology, reporting and analytics. The role requires an individual who understands and can develop repeatable, scalable processes and has the leadership and communication skills to promote adoption across a global organization. Ultimately, you should be able to increase our market share and ensure brand consistency.

 Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities, initiate business development activities, develop and manage key client relationships
• Research organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives
• Write reports and provide feedback to upper management about what is and is not working.
• Contact selected companies to analyze needs and recommend appropriate services/products
• Develop and maintain a strong network of lead sources
• Identify and report on business opportunities to raise the company’s market share
• Draft and present foreign exchange market analysis on selected topics.
• Maintain an effective understand of the Property Tech market.
• Manage and execute the business development strategy and implement tactical plans to help meet and exceed organizational expectations
• Maintain a strong development pipeline according to the company strategy
• Use existing relationships with clients to generate new business
• Keep up to date with financial markets on a daily basis
• Oversee the development of marketing literature
• Ensure monthly, quarterly and annual revenue targets are achieved

Required Skills / Abilities

• A degree in Business Administration or related field
• Previous experience in Property, Real Estate & Business Development
• Must have an advanced knowledge of technical & fundamental analysis
• Strong communication and IT fluency
• In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events
• Ability to work on own initiative, expand & generate business
• The ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent time management and organisation
• Socially adept
• Good with numbers
• Excellent communication skills in English and Turkish
