Job Summary:

We are looking for a savvy content manager to guide and develop the content creation process for our brand. As a content manager, you will be required to research and define desired target audiences, manage the content creation and publishing process, and monitor consumer and content metrics.

To ensure success as a content manager, you should show a keen eye for detail, be highly creative, and expert storyteller and possess excellent knowledge of consumer and content trends.

 Responsibilities:

• Content Marketing and Audit - New Website content, Social media, blog, video content creation
• Be the company's evangelist for social media, digital marketing, leveraging a keen sense of trends and culture to become the go-to resource for marketing innovation
• Assess the organization’s current Marketing capabilities against future Marketing objectives and requirements, and formulates a strategy to build required competencies through internal development and recruitment.
• Maintain the institutional memory of the organization by creating a shared knowledge portal and repository of best practices.
• Develop a marketing governance process to ensure consistent messaging and adherence to brand standards.
• Market Research, Monitoring and analysing market trends
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop brand and product campaigns
• Design and execute marketing and messaging strategies at the customer target level for Social & Paid Media campaigns
• Ensure integration of communication and training with the larger Marketing and company environments.

Required Skills / Abilities

• Preferably holding a bachelor’s degree in literature, humanities, journalism, marketing, communications, social sciences or similar.
• A minimum of three years of experience in content creation, marketing, communications, or similar.
• A portfolio of published work.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as WordPress, Drupal, and Joomla.
• Good knowledge of content and layout design tools such as Adobe InCopy and InDesign.
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite.
• Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media.
• Strong understanding of content practices such as SEO, SMO, and PPC.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent command of English language, proficiency in other languages can be a plus.

• The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology.
