Our group of companies, Prosim Kimya acting as a leading representation company in the field of industrial raw materials for over 25 years and Polimer Arge Plastik Sanayi ve Tic AS producing polyester resins under Reichhold license since 2017, are leading raw material suppliers for powder coatings in the EMEA region.

We are seeking ‘’Electrical & Electronics Maintenance Engineer’’  to take part in our expanding organization in our plant located in Kartepe-Kocaeli

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electric and/or Electronics Engineering
• Preferably experience in Maintenance, chemical industry experience will be an asset
• Knowledge on PLC, SCADA drive programming and troubleshooting on PLC based machines
• Minimum 4 years of maintenance experience in industrial facilities,
• Knowledge of medium voltage AC distribution systems
• Experienced in project design and maintenance of instrumentation systems
• Knowledge of ex-proof equipment and ATEX certification,
• TPM knowledge (Predictive, preventive, autonomous and breakdown maintenance management)
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English
• Good command of MS Office applications
• Strong skills about analytical thinking, open minded, decision making, team working and problem solving
• Knowing the Occupational Health and Safety practices in maintenance,
• Military service must be completed for male candidates
• Living in or willing to relocate to Kocaeli / Kartepe

Job Description:

• Managing maintenance activities & making root-cause analysis to reduce breakdown ratio, taking improvement actions to reduce product scraps related with the machine problems
• Managing preventive, predictive, corrective and breakdown maintenance activities
• Support for Investment and Projects
• Ensuring HSE rules are followed during the interventions
• Design, calculation, specification, quantity works,
• To follow and manage the calibration system of measurement and control equipment.
• Supporting spare part management system and energy management system
• Supporting new equipment & machine installation projects, improving existing process and creating new ideas regarding the requirements of factory
• Ensuring coordination with internal and external outsource companies
