QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a “Regional Sales Manager” as a part of our core team with the following qualifications:

  • Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field - MBA is a plus,
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales preferably in the hospitality industry,
  • Sales experience with Oracle products is a plus,
  • Previous sales channel experience and a demonstrated knowledge of sales techniques and best practices,
  • Significant technology aptitude and competence in Google and MS CRM(Dynamics) tools,
  • People-oriented individual with proven customer management skills,
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills coupled with a sound self-motivation, confidence and honesty,
  • Ability to travel freely within the sales territory and occasionally elsewhere,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Responsible for all international sales of the company for HoReCa sector with Cloud, SW development and HW products,
  • Represent the company products in sales and marketing activities at all international markets,
  • Responsible from sales activities, go to market strategies, business plans and increasing Protel's penetration in the regional market by visiting direct and indirect customer in active countries,
  • Responsible for partner management and sales activities,
  • Responsible for establishing sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for districts in support of national objectives,
  • Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics,
  • Prepares and follows up the sales budget.
