Software Development Manager

We are looking for “Software Development Manager” for one of our global clients. Our client is a leading international service provider that supports the biggest e-commerce companies in Turkey. They design and implement customized solutions covering a wide range of business process along integrated service chains.

As a Software Development Manager you will manage the delivery and releases in your team, Agile development and software engineering best practice, take ownership of delivery metrics, planning / tracking and ensure clear communication throughout the team and with the business. You’ll provide line management to your team, guiding them towards improving their skills and performance and facilitating career growth.

We'd be delighted to hear from you if you have the following skills/experience:

• A technical Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Min. 6 years of experience in software development industry with min. 3 years of line management experience of development team/s in a global/reputable company
• Solid knowledge of software and database technologies (.Net, MSSQL)
• Extensive experience with Web Services, Layered Software Architecture, Microsoft .NET Technologies
• Good understanding of software development methodologies 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Excellent problem solving skills and ability to show initiative
