We are looking for “HR Specialist” who will be included in our success story for a growing team of PEC Global Group Companies.

Pulver Powder Coatings is the largest powder coating company in Turkey, and ranks second in Europe; has been exporting the greatest amount of coating in Turkey and has 5 offices based in Europe including Germany, Russia Moscow, Russia Kazan, Romania, and Ukraine.

The "HR Specialist" is responsible for handling all Employe Life Cycle processes such as Recruitment, Learning & Development, Performance Management, Organization Management, Labor Relations, Career Management

Qualifications

·        Bachelor's degree preferably in Industrial Engineering,

·        2+ years of HR experience,

·        Excellent communication and relationship building skills,

·        Excellent knowledge of MS Office Programs,

·        Good level of knowledge regarding Turkish Labor Law,

·        Advance level of English,

·        Self motivated and result oriented,

·        No military obligation for male candidates,

·        Located in Asian side of Istanbul or Kocaeli.

Responsiblities

·        Being first HR contact for the account he/she will be responsible,

·        Building strong relationship and trust with leaders and employees in his/her account to obtain a positive employee relations and working environment,

·        Taking part in related HR projects whether as project leader or project member,

·        Working with department heads, managers or countries to understand the business needs and develop customized solutions and projects.
