Objectives

• Enters into inventory and keeps track of incoming and outgoing Sample products and products purchased.

• Checks incoming stocks of seasonal products against the respective orders on the system create delivery forms and forwards details of the consignment to the Warehouse.

• Checks stock provisions of open orders and follows up pending blocked orders.

• When necessary, cancels customer orders for appropriate reasons.

• Collects relevant data regarding problematic shipments; provides a flow of information for the cargo company and warehouse check and finalizes the same.

• Creates and keeps track of cargo calls for receipt of product returns. Determines invoice amounts for product returns.

• Enters Consignment product returns into the system (KR),

• Performs warehouse-to-warehouse transfer and outgoing product procedures for the products drawn from inventory and stores by the Merchandising Department.

• Establishes necessary data and system infrastructure for the transfer of seasonal orders from GIZ to SAP.

• Transfers seasonal orders to SAP; sets customer discounts and determines Net order amounts.

• Follows up all export customers orders and performs respective inventory procedures on systems.

• Assists the Finance Department for reconciliation of customers on consignment.

• Checks points of origin/destination of the invoices sent by the cargo company as well as consistency of the invoice amounts with the agreements, Prepares payment orders.

• Assists warehousing and finance departments in incoming-outgoing product procedures during disposal periods of the defective products in the inventory

• Follows up TRHA warehouse process for sample products and defective products.

• Determines invoice quantities and amounts for defective product returns.

• Prepares Daily warehouse performance and status reports.

• Prepares Monthly OOH, Cancellations, Shortages, Freight, Inventory Valuation and Physical Inventory reports.

• Prepares Daily Order Fulfillment report in sales order period.

• Should comply with flexible working hours.

Qualifications

• 4th-year university students or fresh grad

• Able to work 5 days a week

• Excellent command of English both written and verbal

• Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

• SAP knoeledge is a plus

• Preferably sports being a part of their lifestyle

• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills. 

• Ability to communicate effectively with internal departments as well as outside organizations.
