GENERAL FEATURES AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibility, overview and management of production teams and machinery equipments to produce goods in accordance with the rules in place at Puratos.

• University degree preferably faculty of engineering,

• Minimum 6 years of experience in production management,

• Good command of MS office applications,

• Good level of English,

• Good level of SAP,

• Flexible in traveling,

• Analytical and thinking competence is strong,

• High ability to take initiative, communicate and solve problems,

• Having the ability to make effective judgments and decisions

KEY TASKS

• Producing  bakery and pastry products according to their formulations in hygienic conditions.
• Preparing  daily, weekly and monthly production plan with planning department and to manage the production.
• Controlling  the system entry of daily productions in SAP
• Preparing  monthly production report and monitor the raw materials, packaging materials, etc…
• To ensure that the workers are wearing working clothes , protective & safety equipments ( mask,hat etc.. ) To ensure that the workers are following general rules about safety & health during working hours . Organizing  the cleaning plan of production areas.

• Performing the physical inventory of raw materials at the end of each month and issue a report.
