Data Analytics Manager

PwC

• University degree majoring in information systems, computer science, engineering, statistics, accounting, and / or business administration,
• At least five years of experience in developing solutions / dashboards using visualization tools such as Qlikview, Tableau…ect,
• Broad consulting skills, including planning and delivering workshops, structured interviewing, data gathering, process mapping and analysis
• Ability to analyze user requirements and build front-end BI applications according to specifications,
• Strong knowledge of SQL and able to write complicated yet efficient queries,
• Knowledge of relevant programming languages, such as Python, Java, PHP, HTML, Javascript, R, Ruby, C#, C++, etc.
• Experience in conceptual and logical data modelling skills, working with multiple data sources and data structuring would be an advantage;
• Solid understanding of relevant statistics and data mining concepts including multivariate analysis, linear and non-linear regression, machine learning algorithms, decision trees, and Bayesian methods as well as familiarity with stochastic analysis, mathematical modelling and simulation,
• General knowledge of an ERP e.g. SAP or Oracle,
• Self-driven, curious, a fast-learner and able to take responsibility for personal growth and development,
• Possess strong problem-solving skills and able to prioritise and manage multiple tasks,
• Teamwork - works collaboratively with others to achieve group goals, motivates people to work together to accomplish business results,
• Excellent interpersonal skills,
• Excellent command of English written and spoken is a must,
• No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least two years,
• Willingness to travel (national / international) for periods of time and Ability to adopt flexible working hours,

İŞ TANIMI

• Participate in business requirements and design review sessions and work directly with business units to define and prototype BI Applications,
• Provide design and development dashboards from existing data warehouse to maximize the value of client’s data through extracting insights from transactions to enhance management visibility and improve business performance,
• Participate in or lead the development of client deliverable content, communicate details of analytical solutions as well as results with client,
• Interact with senior management levels at a client and/or within PwC, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters,
• Conduct presentations, trainings and workshops as needed
• Design, development and deployment (integration to client systems) of advanced analytics models,
