PwC Business Development team is looking a Growth & İnnovation and Proposal Senior Associate to be a part of our expanding practice.
Purpose:
Initiate and drive innovation projects from idea generation to execution through e.g.the PwC network, PwC knowledge tools
Engage in research, analysis, and intelligence gathering, especially regarding emerging market and industry trends, for use in strategic planning, competitive firm positioning, and business development activities
Able to create value added reports
Job Description:
Proposals
Create proposals with value
Leading Proposals Project Management, content creation and editing for big accounts
Coordinate the proposal preparation process in line with Graphic Design Team/Marketing & Communications
Pitch Preparation of Big Bets
Prepare proposal presentation and rehearsals
Create value reports for Channel transition
Follow-up proposal win/lost rate and reporting
Do in-depth interviews with C-level client contacts after major proposals
Keep up to date ready to use proposals in Proposal Portal
Increase the usage level of Proposal Portal within the company
Growth Innovation
Project Management of “Go to Market” strategy for new services
Define potential development areas: Feed industry, LoS, Sub-LoS account responsible with growth areas
Create new services, product packages in line with customer needs
Do ad hoc research for the practice ie: Market/Industry research, regional research with relevant market research approaches (focus groups, desktop research, in-depth interviews, and quantitative surveys)
Determine future of mindscape (tool, investment)
Know how to set-up bottom-up innovation
Intelligence on Industries, Accounts, PwC Network, Products, hot topics, NGOs
Required Competencies / Personal Skills:
Graduated from Business Administration or related departments of a reputable university
Project Management experience is a plus
5 years’ of business development experience
Researcher with a strong focus on qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
Experienced in “In depth interview” technique and capable of running F2F interviews with C-Suite
Good communicator with strong interpersonal and analytical skills as well as a methodological and conceptual intellectual power
Organized and creative / able to present outputs
Ability to create insights from data to action points
Very high standard of fluency in both written and spoken English
