We are looking for Consultants for our growing TRS department with following qualifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree preferably in Economics, Management, Psychology, MIS and other related departments (or senior student)
• Fluency in English
• Able to work in a team
• Able to attend 4-5 days a week
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Knowledge of Learning & Development functions is a plus

Job Description

• To assist training team in organizing and coordinating firm wide Learning & Development activities
• To assist training team in managing L&D related projects and vendors
• To deal with all administrative sides of trainings
• To liaise with event management department in the preparation and organization of the trainings
• To help the generation of reports & analytics
