Sales Support Specialist

We are looking for a "Sales Support Specialist" for our company that operates in the field of supplying kitchen, presentation equipments to high segment hotels and restaurants in Turkey and abroad.

General Qualifications

• Graduated from related departments of universities,

• Excellent English writing and speaking skills,

• At least 2 years of experience in sales support and proposal preparation processes

• Business-oriented, able to work in accordance with flexible working hours,

• Strong verbal and written communication skills,

• We are looking for candidates who are presentable, have high energy, are results-oriented, have strong business follow-up and human relations, and have advanced planning and organizational skills.

Job Descriptions and Main Responsibilities 

• Preparing the offers for the customers, making the cost preparations and following the approval process,

• Conducting domestic and international supplier researches for new products requested, contacting these suppliers and evaluating supply opportunities.

• Welcoming visitors to the showroom to select products, arranging their demands as offers and following up,

• Execution and follow-up of product order and sample supply processes with domestic and foreign suppliers,

• Organizing planned shipments for completed orders,

• Ensuring the entry of the approved orders into the system, following the supply and delivery processes,
