We are looking for an "Auditor" for our business partner for whom we provide consultancy services.

Job Description

Management of Audit Processes: Managing the audit projects of our multinational and complex client portfolio from start to finish.
Team Leadership and Mentorship: Effectively leading audit teams, evaluating their performance, and transferring your accumulated knowledge to young professionals through internal training and mentorship programs.
Client Relations: Managing high-level client relations (including C-level executives) and developing strategic business partnerships, identifying opportunities for non-audit consulting services.
Risk Management and Quality: Ensuring compliance with all legal regulations, particularly International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), the Turkish Commercial Code (TCC), and Capital Markets Legislation (CMB/SPK), and maintaining the highest standard in audit quality.
Technological Transformation: Promoting the use of audit technologies and data analytics tools and integrating them into processes to increase efficiency.

Requirements

A minimum of 2 years of experience in independent auditing.
Technical Competence: Superior technical knowledge and application skills in IFRS and US GAAP.
Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, delegation, and team motivation skills. The ability to communicate fluently, persuasively, and professionally with clients and senior management.
Solution-Oriented Approach: The ability to adapt to a high-paced environment requiring multi-project management and to calmly produce solutions during crises.
