REQUIREMENTS:

University degree in Engineering

Six Sigma Green Belt or higher considered a plus

Excellent command of English

3-5 years of experience in an international production

environment

Who resides in Çorum or plans to relocate to Çorum

Exceptional project management skills

In-depth knowledge of CI-tools / Lean Management.

SixSigma green belt expected, black belt an advantage

Very good command of MS office and at least basic

understanding of SAP

Knowledge in OMP is an advantage

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Implementation of yearly defined business segment

and regional road map projects in the relevant plant

Defining plant ´s CI Projects with the line organization

based on local needs (e.g. quality development,

productivity increase, process improvements etc.) and

creating a CI roadmap with the business segment and

regional projects

Leading, mentoring and implementing CI projects by

using the standard business segment methodologies

and templates

Regularly reporting the progress of the projects to the

local ExCo, process owners and the Regional ZD/CI

Manager

Ensuring a proper hand over phase for the new

implemented processes and changes to the line

organization and following up them afterwards

Acting as a change agent by challenging all levels of

the organization and anchoring the CI culture in the

organization

Active contribution to the design of new business

segment standards and further developing the existing

ones (e.g. processes, templates, SOP ´s, reports, etc.)

Proactively supporting good practice sharing within the

plant and sharing good practices within the region and

business segment

Developing the local organizations CI knowledge by

performing trainings and workshops (PSM, 5S, SMED,

etc.)

Being a role model of Zero Defect and First Time Right

culture.
