We are looking for a "Marketing Director" for our Bursa-based business partner, which holds various companies and brands within the conglomerate/holding, such as retail, services, tourism, and textiles.

Job Description:

• Executing all processes within the framework of the marketing and corporate communication plan,
• Leading the creation of marketing strategies in line with the defined objectives,
• Establishing, overseeing, and managing the marketing budget,
• Contributing to sales volume, profitability, and market share goals related to the brand,
• Contributing to product development processes,
• Maintaining category management efforts,
• Preparing the annual offline/online marketing communication strategy and activity plans in alignment with company KPIs,
• Monitoring the company website and ensuring necessary updates are made,
• Closely monitoring digital trends and consumer insights, and leading the integration of identified insights into brand communication activities,
• Generating projects by tracking industry trends,
• Identifying strategic brand partnership opportunities, planning and executing projects,
• Collaborating with research firms in designing customer insight studies such as brand perception, awareness, usage, and preference, and developing and managing necessary strategies and actions from research results,
• Managing relationships with advertising, media, PR, and research agencies.

Requirements:

• A graduate from relevant departments of universities,
• Experienced in PR, Advertising, Corporate Communication, and Brand Management,
• Capable of managing our brands' awareness, visibility, and reputation,
• Able to analyze the industry and potential markets effectively,
• Proficient in all processes of digital marketing,
• Competent in managing Social Responsibility and Sponsorship projects,
• Skilled in developing and managing campaign and business development strategies,
• Strong in interpersonal relationships and communication,
• Proficient in English.
