• university degree,
• good command of English,
• minimum 6 months of experience in recruitment industry and/or in B2B sales function,
• innovative and creative thinking with analytical capabilities, 
• willingness to work in a dynamic environment, 
• good understanding, personal responsibility, flexible and eager to learn. 

     Job Description:

• develop and maintain a customer database, make sales calls to new and existing clients (including cold calls)
• follow up on recruitment activities, 
• conducting phone interviews, 
• managing research processes, 
• organize face to face interviews.
