Qualifications

• University degree from Mechanical Engineering or related department
• 3 years of experience in  HS&E function in a manufacturing environment or HS&E or quality consultancy agency
• Knowledge of Turkish Occupational Healt and Safety Regulation
• Good insight into ISO 14001, ISO 18001
• Good command of English both written and verbal
• Able communicator with all levels in the organization both oral and written
• Must be able to work with minimum supervision
• Using the MS Windows Operating System and the MS Office applications.
• Having the certificate of B class of occupational safety specialist

 Job Description

• To apply the system that meets the requirements of the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, IATF 16949 Automotive Quality Management System, ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System.
  
• To plan the activities that will meet the external and internal customer expectations and ensure continuous improvement in line with the company's vision, strategic goals, policy and working ethics policy, and to undertake the responsibility of  auditing, monitoring and improving by adding the suppliers to this process.
  
• To report the necessary measures that must be taken related to the occupational health and safety, to the employer in written.
  
• To study the causes of the occupational accidents and the occupational diseases that are occurred in the workplace, to make the works for the measures to be taken for the purpose of not repeating the occupational accidents and the occupational diseases, and to give suggestions to the employer.
  
• To make an observation for the workplace, to plan and to control of the implementation of, the periodic maintenance, control and measurements that should be done according to the occupational health and safety regulation.
  
• To prepare the occupational health and safety instructions and work permit procedures to use when needed, to submit to the employer’s approval, and to control the implementation thereof.
  
• To work with the occupational health and safety board cooperatively.
