We are looking for Project Engineer for our facility in Kemalpaşa matching with below qualifications;

Qualifications

• University graduation from Engineering departments.
• Minimum 3 year experience in automotive industry.
• Requires good oral and written communication skills in English. 
• Must think logically, with problem-solving abilities. 
• Strong Knowledge of automotive system IATF 16949 and ISO Standards.

Job Description

• To carry out all the works during the new product commissioning and change management process. 
• To prepare the project plan. 
• To manage the project in line with the targets and time schedule planned. 
• To manage the preparation and the production transition processes of the new and existing projects by working with the Production Department, Quality Department, Planning Department, Moulding Division and Machine Shop. 
• To define the needs of raw material and sub-part that will be required during the project, and to ensure that are supplied on time.  
• To attend to the feasibility and customer meetings, and to present the project activity visually. 
• To prepare the necessary presentations to provide support to the Domestic Sales Department and Foreign Sales Department.
• To ensure that the products requested by the customers are being transformed to the technical drawings according to the specifications. 
• To control the technical drawing works. 
• To make final control of the parts that are designed and produced for the catalog content, and to inform the related divisions about the necessary revisions.  
• To carry out the APQP and the PPAP processes of the projects. 
• To ensure that the required audit and coordination during the production transition are being made. 
• To meet the internal and external customer demands and expectations completely and on time according to the continuous improvement principle. 
• To use all the modules related to its department in the IAS program in a complete and efficient manner.
