Gates is the one of the leading company in Automotive Industry all over the world. We are looking for Project Supervisor for our facility in Kemalpaşa matching with below qualifications;

Qualifications

• University graduation from Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 year experience in automotive industry.
• Requires good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Must think logically, with problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management, including the use of standard project management tools and techniques.
• Requires knowledge of technology development as it relates to new products and/or product enhancements.
• Must have the ability to work effectively with cross-divisional teams. 
• Ability to organize and facilitate cross-functional and intra-team meetings.
• Strong Knowledge of automotive system IATF 16949 and ISO Standards.

 Job Description

• To make necessary technical research related to the projects.
• To perform the controlling and coordination activities of the documentation, filing, Project and production coordination, and pre-production processes.
• To provide support and perform controlling activities, for the work/change instructions, examination of the alternative components and the technical conformity issues.
• To perform the feasibility and the audit processes in the works for the new products and product revisions that are introduced/to be introduced throughout the company.
• To prepare the annual activity report for the Project Department.
• To make coordination and the job-following activities between the department and the external providers/suppliers. 
• To make research for the technologies related to new investments, and to do a feasibility study. 
• To examine the additional processes/components applied to the products. 
• To make a final control of the technical drawing works. 
• To make the necessary controls before the product release step. 
• To perform the informing activities on behalf of the customer to meet the customer demands and ensure the product conformity. 
• To make on-site visits to verify that products, processes, and services from external sources comply with internal and external customer requirements.
