We are looking for  Sales Promoter for our İstanbul office matching with below qualifications;

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Make planned frequent visits (90%) to auto zones all around Turkey in order to build and establish good relationship with end customers (retailers, garages/mechanics) to facilitate increased revenue both for Gates and our distributors
• Responsible for maintaining good relations with Gates direct and end customers/prospects and providing them all commercial and technical information to help them supply Gates products in most convenient way
• Maintain contact with customers and end customers to obtain customer feedback regarding product/service quality and distributors in the designed area of responsibility: Turkey
• Promotes current and new product groups in all trade levels to increase revenue and awareness
• Organizes joint visits with customers’ sales people to retailers to support distributor sales
• Assist end customers in resolving issues and complaints concerning purchased products or services
• Direct and coordinate the customer service operation to ensure clients are tended appropriately in line with set customer service standards
• Give feedback to organize promotional and marketing campaigns to create awareness throughout the targeted customers
• Provide periodic reports to management on all after sales activities
• Must have a good knowledge of market and competition.
• Builds specific market opportunities and penetration knowledge through business contacts
• Ensure compliance with all general and company policies when carrying out job duties

QUALIFICATION

• Bachelor’s degree from related departments.
• Having at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Having a good command of English.
• Good reporting skills and knowledge of PC basic programs required.
