Mid-Senior Level C# Programmer for Construction Sector Tech Startup

     We require an experienced C# Full Stack Web Developer to work on the build out of our customer platform.

     The Gamyte Application controls the flow of estimation projects, from submission by clients, to production of a final bid to be submitted to a general contractor. It’s userbase consists of Management and Customers in New York City(NYC) and also our Estimation Team in Ankara. The application stack is SQL-Server/C#/ASP.MVC Core/Angular 6.

     Gamyte is a startup in the construction sector with offices in New York City and Ankara. By combining high quality estimation staff with the latest automation and machine learning technology, we aim to revolutionize construction project analysis and bidding. We are building out a team of estimators to analyze a large volume of architectural plans to support our global growth path. These plans must be analyzed with a tight-turnaround time and high accuracy. We will also support this team with the latest Artificial Intelligence tools to make them more efficient.

     The role will be based in our office in Cankaya sitting alongside our Estimation team. The role will involve direct exposure to application users in the Estimation team though strategic direction for the platform will be set by company management in NYC. We plan to build out a 6 person technology team in Ankara, but as this is the first role we are hiring, the candidate must have strong communication skills in English to facilitate collaboration with management and technical staff in NYC.

     The candidate must have a successful track record of delivery using an Agile methodology in a dynamic environment. The candidate must be a self-starter who can work independently, balancing the need for both delivery to the client and production of high quality, maintainable code. He or she must be able to justify design decisions to be taken in particular situations. 2-5 years of commercial development experience is expected.
