Export Operations Specialist

Ravena is the leading wallpaper manufacturer in Turkey, which is a joint venture between German’s leader wallpaper manufacturer Rasch and Turkey’s leader wallpaper distributor Hanna Home, also powered with the international investment company Barakat Group.

Ravena is looking for an "Export Operations Specialist" to be employed in our Kozyatagi - ISTANBUL Office with following qualifications;

University graduate (Preferably in Faculty of Economics, International Trade, Logistics or similar fields )

Minimum 1 year experience in the field of export operation,

Excellent command of written and spoken English is must and 2nd languages as ARABIC or RUSSIAN is preferably,

No restriction for travelling abroad,

Excellent command of MS Office applications,

Have knowledge and experience on customs and foreign trade legislation,

Experienced in foreign trade payments, Letter of Credit and implementations,

Knowledge of CANIAS and/or ERP is an asset,

Ability to work as a team member,

Good Communication and Planning Skills, Analytical Thinking Capability, Decision Making and Problem Solving Ability,

Ability to meet tight deadlines and to work under pressure,

Male candidates should have completed the military service requirements,

JOB DESCRIPTION

Reporting directly to the Export Manager, fully responsible for following up the orders, stock status, dispatching and payments of all the customers, monitor and organize the sales process by working in coordination with finance, planning, production and dispatching department,

Prepare all foreign Export Documents for Customs and other Authorities,

Prepare all related Documents for Export Incentives,

Efficient teamwork and communication with all departments as well as customers,

Ensuring complete coordination and information flow between all relevant departments in the supply chain steps undertaken,

Weekly/Monthly reporting in line with the demands of the Export Manager,

Examine the transportation expenses and follow up the suppliers’ invoicing, work on improvement process,

To provide information flow with the companies such as freight forwarders and customs agents, organize and follow up the transaction,
