QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for Senior Human Resources Specialist in our Manufacturing Facility at Ankara with reasonable knowledge and experience on Daily HR operations. Key performance areas will be:

  •       Taking a leading role for organizational development processes and implementing standardized global HR processes to the company,
  •      Taking an active role for recruitment process through placing job advertisements,  arranging and conducting interviews, obtaining and documenting references until  onboarding and also business partnership
  •       Being responsible of entire personnel affairs process and documentation with other HR specialists,
  •     Managing all governmental proceedings before governmental authorities such as Social Security Institution and İŞKUR,
  •       Following up and proactively implementing applicable Turkish Employment and Social Security Regulations
  •      Carrying out administrative affairs processes (fleet management, catering, telephone, cleaning service, building maintenance, archive, communications etc.),
  •       Supporting company culture and employee engagement in activities,
  •       Supporting in process development activities,
  •       Being part of solution for all in-house problems.


Qualifications:

  •         Bachelor’s/ Master’s Degree in social sciences or a relevant area,
  •      At least 8-10 years of HR experience preferably in medical device and/or    health sector,
  •        Excellent command of written and spoken English,
  •       Very good knowledge of Turkish Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety Regulations and Social Security Institution and İŞKUR processes,
  •       Dynamic, proactive and used to work in intense working environment,
  •       Communicative, self-disciplined and result-oriented
