Requirements;
• Graduate from a reputable university
• 1-3 years of similar experience
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Team player with good organizational and analytical skills, effective and strong communication ability
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
• Problem solving skills
Responsibilities;
• Responsible for the relevant key customer contact, relating to supply and demand issues, ensuring customer service performance and stock levels are optimised,
• Track customer service KPI’s for the business and ensure issues are captured and addressed • Develop a pro-active customer-oriented strategy with the focus being on optimizing the customer experience,
• Coordinate with Sales any new product introduction and changes, communication with the customers,
• Establish and implement processes for the incorporation of customer promotion data into the system in cooperation with Demand Planning,
• Coordinate with Transportation, Operations, Planning and Manufacturing to ensure customer satisfaction levels are at an appropriate level,
• Monitor all pricing to eliminate and reduce deductions on P.O’s
• Develop the strategy to support future customer initiatives,
• Build processes and systems with Sales and Customer Marketing that ensure flawless execution of all new product introductions, display shipments and promotional activities,
• Participate in projects to improve supply metrics for the company and customers,
