A fantastic opportunity for a Account Executive to join our Sales Team!

Job Description:

·       The Account Executive  is to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration

·       Promote, sell and secure orders from existing customers through a relationship based approach

·       Establish, develop and maintain business relationship with existing/prospective customers to generate improved market shares and increased sales for RB’s products

·       Set and implement business plans with key stores

·       Meet budgets and set priorities with focus on market shares, profitability and results

Qualifications:

·       Min. 1 year in FMCG Field Sales

·       Understanding of sales drivers in FMCG

·       Market and sales driven and motivated by proving measurable performance

·       Good understanding of trade marketing and category management

·       Confidence in communicating and influencing at all levels of the organization

·       Knows how to leverage impact based on facts and numbers

·       Valid driver license

·       Understanding of basic business finance

·       Capable of using Word, Excel and Power Point for business purposes

·       Good analytical and presentation skills
