Logistics Specialist

• B.A degree in Engineering, Logistics, Finance or related area, from a reputable university, from a reputable university,
• 3-5 years of similar experience, especially in import operations,
• Good knowledge of MS Office applications, esp. Excel
• Team player with good organizational and analytical skills, effective and strong communication ability
• Prior Supply Chain / Logistics experience strongly preferred
• Ability and willingness to drive responsibility, challenge, conclusions
• Excellent command of written and spoken English 

As a Logistics Specialist, you will;

• Focus on tracking of the the transit order and manage all coordination between RB Factories and hauliers
• Inform Demand/RM planner about the stock entry date of products/materials

• Manage all import operations including documents management before custom clearance started and coordination of invoice payments for custom clearance on time

• Ensure the coordination of blonded WH and DC for the cleared good move and to send EDI meesage to DC’s for cleared goods.
• Perform discrepency management for damaged and missing goods.
• Drive all export operations like organisation of haulier for the export if buyer is not doing,   plan shipments and coordinate with hauliers and follow up customs operation with the customs broker

• Control all budget management and related forecasting like controlling all import/export   documents and expenses after custom clearance according to inline with the agreements to drive financial performence and identify and develop budget process.
• Performs other duties as required in support of logistic operations
