QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for an ‘
Inside Sales Administrator’ with the following qualifications to join the growing team of our global client which is one of the leading sensor manufacturers in the world. She/He will have multi-task duties such as General Administrative, Customer Order Processing Support, Invoicing, Sales ledger and internal communication. The employee will be directly linked to General Manager – Turkey.
- University degree with good command of written and spoken English, German is a plus
- 2 years experience in a similar role, ideally in a multinational industrial company,
- Proven office administration skills to be able to run and maintain procedures,
- Experience in preparing client offers using a CRM system and SAP especially,
- Customer service, import & logistics experience is a plus
- Effective ability of multi-tasking and working autonomously,
- Advanced coordination and communication skills,
- Well-organized and detail-oriented.
İŞ TANIMI
- Receive and process all general sales enquires from Customers and sales Engineers
- Enable tracking and provide reports of all sales enquiries detailing the source of the enquiries , all necessary actions to be taken
- Respond to literature requests, if necessary liasing with either the Technical Sales Support Engineer or sales Engineers.
- Provide an accurate and efficient sales administration service , using Microsoft Office and SAP, for the production of a variety of documents , encluding memos, letters, reports and technical material.
- Assist in marketing campaigns, including the production of mail-merged documents and dispatch.
- Liase with other group offices regarding marketing materials
- Act as Communication Delegate for information received from Head Office. Ensuring the information is disseminated as appropriate and the Corporate Image Guidelines are followed
- Update and keep database of all On-line directories
- Provide support for the registration of exhibitions and seminars, liase with the marketing department at Head Quarter for new exhibition material if necessary.
- Maintenance of the library of sales literature and technical information.
- Maintain an effective filing system for customer and sales record , using SAP or other CRM
- Deal with routine administrative tasks .
- Assist and work with the local team on all aspects of customer order processing & stock management
