We are seeking “Museum Manager” with the following qualifications to join the team of our client.

·Guardian of the processes, standards and corporate culture established by the company.

·A museum manager should motivate, coordinate, supervise and evaluate the team based on the roles and responsibilities assigned to each individual.

·Responsible for the smooth operation of the museum at all levels. More specifically:

           All exhibits must be clear and work perfectly.

           The museum's interior space, entrance and surroundings must be clean.

           Responsible for the weekly work schedule.

           Responsible for being in touch with the maintenance supervisor for damage repair, wall painting, etc. The goal is to be fixed as soon as possible, with the least cost.

·Responsible for communicating with the accountant on issues related to:

           Leaves of absence.

           Hiring or dismissal’s procedures.

           Being consistent with the laws concerning labor law.

·Direct and daily communication with the coordinators of the Sales & Events and the Admin/Marketing divisions.

·Responsible for the maximum outcome of the equation:

Flow control + maximum number of tickets = maximum customer service (refers to the flow control on the weekends).

·Responsible for managing complaints correctly and finding solutions that will not harm the company's interests while at the same time satisfying the client.
