Online Product Manager (Energy)

We are looking for Online Product Manager for our client in online service sector:

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with the engineering team to deliver a world class proposition through an iterative data led process.

• Define and build a CRM ecosystem that facilitates ongoing relationships for users, build a loyal and engaged customer base and makes it easy for consumers to review and switch their suppliers on an ongoing base.

• Optimise the end to end energy process through an on going series of multi variant tests driving maximum value for users, suppliers and our client.

• Keep up to date with the latest product development techniques and latest technology trends.

• Champion users internally and external by bringing their perspective to everything.

• Define and implement user testing and research programs• Define and implement user testing and research programs

• Use appropriate analytical tools and techniques to measure and report against product KPI’s.

• Support multi channel marketing efforts ensuring they have the support they need from product proposition.

• As we scale build a team of committed like-minded individuals to support product proposition

• Responsible for all daily operational tasks within the energy area of the website, ensuring products are accurate and up to date, switches are delivered and any issue swiftly resolved.

• Liaise regularly with suppliers representing our client; providing insight and suggesting process improvements.

• Be a key point of contact between operations teams at energy suppliers and the rest of the company team. This can involve collating information from suppliers to support key company projects, communicating energy supplier change requests to the development team, feeding back company views to external stakeholders and sharing data insight with the wider energy team.

• Support the contact centre in delivering a high standard of customer service helping to resolve customer complaints, elevating them to supplier teams for resolution where necessary.

• Play a key role in the onboarding of new energy suppliers in the online energy journeys.

• Responsible for tracking financial reporting, liaising with suppliers and finance to ensure reporting is received in a timely manner

Skills required:

• Experience of building and optimising online ecommerce propositions through multi variant testing

• Extensive use of analytical tools (GA etc) and proven track record of conversion rate optimisation.

• User experience principals.

• Ability to define and articulate product roadmaps

• Strong organisation skills and efficiency- you are able to manage your own time and prioritise tasks accordingly, often working to strict deadlines.

• Working in an agile, fast moving environment.

• Graduated from a reputable university
