QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

The On Premise Key Account Manager is responsible for opening, developing and managing a defined group of On Premise accounts across all Key Accounts channels. The primary focus lies with the core KA channels. They are responsible for establishing and maintaining distribution, implementing channel strategies and coordinating sales and marketing efforts with establishing Hi-5 criterias where need. S/he will be reporting to National On Premise Sales and Marketing Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  

Implements KA strategies for distribution,  POS in all target accounts.

  

Distribution

  • Ensures placement ofall appropriate packages consistent with RB Turkey strategy for each channel Survey seach account looking for all opportunities.
  • Shares category trends to manage competitive distribution where possible
  • Understands the application in each account for immediate & future consumption packages.
  

Promotion

  • Executes national promotions across all channels
  • Identifies and outlines promotional tactics by channel and by package
  • Creates synergies between Sales& Marketing through coordinated sampling efforts with Team Mgr.
  

POS

  • Executes against channel-specific KPIs to insure maximum brand presence in each account
  • Solicits key placement of POS to maximize KA strategy
  • Focuses on placing Red Bull in all points of interruption for maximum exposure to consumer

Develops and shares Best Practices

  • Communicates success that can be replicated by other KA across the system
  • Shares best practices with customers in an effort to duplicate success in similar accounts

Tracks and manages account information within database

  • Utilizes online database to manage distribution, pricing and merchandising gainsvsobjectives
  • Analyzes data to determine areas of opportunity togrowaccountbaseand expand distribution

Executes all national and international programs

  • Leverages support created with national & international account programs to establish distribution and promotions
  • Ensures that all components of national,international agreements are executed as intended 
  • Utilizes all sales tools provided to create maximum brand presence inaccounts
  • Focuses on visibility in accounts utilizing POS toincrease consumer awareness

Your experience including:

  • Minimum 4-5 years sales experience in KA  channels 
  • Experience managing multiple channels across multiple markets
  • Exceptional communication skills, including presenting and training abilities
  • Strong planning and project management competencies
  • In-depth knowledge of the consumer goods industry andtrade
