Reed Turkey is looking for a “Lawyer” for one of its multinational client.
 

• At least 3 years of legal experience in multinational companies or legal offices giving legal and consultancy services to multinational clients, is required
• Be fluent in English
• Must be able to meet deadlines in a time-sensitive environment
• Have strong analytical skills and ability to drive data driven decision making
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Team-player, self-motivated, rigorous, with a constructive and critical mind
• Strong technical skills, analytical thinking, accurate follow-up and planning skills
• Ability to work effectively as a part of a team

İŞ TANIMI

• Assisting on company establishment and other corporate retainer
• Assisting on drafting and review of transaction agreements and relevant documents
• Conducting researches and assisting on drafting legal opinions.
