Reed Turkey is looking for a “Sales Representative” its global client that operates in FMCG.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field,
- 1-3 years of experience especially Sales in FMCG,
- Good communication skills in English,
- Advanced level of MS Office applications,
- Team player, flexible and result-oriented, multi-tasking,
- Proactivity and strategic thinking,
- Skilled in sales competencies (understanding the customer, planning, analyzing and negotiating, follow up),
- Good analytical skills and interpersonal relationship skills.
İŞ TANIMI
- Understand the customer and needs, build and maintain constructive relationship with customer counterparts in the field,
- Communicate all activities agreed on head office level to stores to achieve implementation and compliance,
- Perform merchandising activities & coordinate merchandisers,
- Identify and communicate business development opportunities,
- Report trade field activities performance and the proper accomplishment of sales conditions, agreements and retail prices trends,
- Set and monitor Point Of Sales Quality KPI targets with special focus to: promotions and action plans, secondary placements, shelf implementation and improvement & out of stocks,
- Monitor Customer Quality and Freshness KPI targets with special focus to:Provide the store with the right suggested order & stock management,
- Take orders in appropriate quantity (where possible),
- Negotiate at store level according to company guidelines & ensure the achievement of the sales targets for the assigned territory,
- Implement Company in the Area managed (Distribution, Visibility, Freshness, Stock Levels, …)
