Job description

Responsible for achieving the company's financial and strategic goals by overseeing day-to-day operations, including finance, control, reporting, accounting, strategy and planning.

To follow the developments regarding the financial future of the company and to inform the Board of Directors about the risks that may be encountered,

Analyzing market trends by managing financial feasibility studies,

Managing relations with banks and financial institutions,

Arranging new financing resources according to the short, medium and long-term cash flow situation of the company,

Managing cost effectiveness and risk analysis studies,

Coordinating audit processes and providing necessary documents and information,

To ensure that all financial processes are carried out correctly, regularly and completely in accordance with the legal and current legislation,

Managing financial forecasting, budgeting and consolidated reporting processes,

Preparing, reporting and analyzing the financial statements of the company,
