What you’ll do

• To consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service

• To enter room reservation requests using the Marsha

• To create reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out process

• To answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner

• To assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative

• To enter rooming lists while ensuring accuracy, as required

• To follow the partners and competitor

• To follow the reservation deposits and payments

• To follow department policies, procedures, and service standards

• To follow all safety policies

• Other duties as assigned

What we’re looking for

• High School or University degree in Hospitality Management

• Knowledge of English

• At least 1 years experience in similar position in hotel industry

• Computer literate in Microsoft Window applications required

• Opera or Marsha experience preferred,

• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm, professional, courteous at all times

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Effective management of time and ability to work under high pressure

• Highly responsible & reliable & honest

• Open to development and criticism, creative, open minded
