QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for an energetic, detail-oriented individual who has both excellent Bar Service skills and is experienced with employee management.

Have 3 or more years of Hotel Bar Management experience and brand experience preferred,
Ability to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards,
Have strong stock and financial understanding,
Switched on and passionate individual,
Great spirits and cocktail knowledge,
Team leading skills and an exceptional communicator,
Ability to manage and motivate your team.

This position will report and support to the Asst. Food and Beverage Manager and Food and Beverage Manager
