We are looking for FOREIGN TRADE/EXPORT SPECIALISTS

Our services include brief-based promotional items and POP materials, procurement, packaging, and warehousing.

We love serving our customers with unique ideas, quality goods and immediate response.

Key industries we work with are pharmaceuticals, fmcg, fmch, and  cosmetics as well as international supplier networks.

Having founded by a woman, we support women empowerment as well as respecting animal rights. Our internal communication department is run by a dog.

Job Description: 

• Searching for new export connections, potential clients,
• Business development especially in export channel,
• Leading export focused marketing activities,
• Representing the company at local and international sector fairs,
• Assisting, directing and tracking import and export operations and price inquiries,
• Dealing with foreign suppliers for order placing, file tracking and responding purchasing needs,
• Coordinating international logistics with the approved transport companies; with the aim of meeting the confirmed delivery dates of all purchase orders,
• Communication with customs broker to follow up the updated import / export regulations,
• Completing required documentation for import and export operations, giving necessary instructions for payment and customs clearing

Qualifications:

• New university graduate or 2-3 years experience,
• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university; preferably foreign trade graduate,
• Fluency in written and spoken English,
• Good at process follow up and the required reporting,
• Efficient in using MS Office and other relevant computer-based programs,
• Enhanced problem solving skills,
• Enthusiastic and determined,
• Team player, open to new learning and improvement,
• Result and quality-oriented approach,
• Persuasive and self-motivated strategic thinker with good communicational skills,
• No restrictions for traveling abroad,
• Residing in İstanbul Anatolian side is preferred
