We are looking for an Account Executive who is a detail-oriented, customer obsessed and also an excellent communicator. You also need to keep up with the pace and the energy of our dynamic team and agile environment!

Description:

Reporting to Account Execution Team Leader, the selected professional will:

• Provide best-in-class customer service on digital marketing products to both domestic and international customers,
• Manage customer relations for existing customers in portfolio,
• Build long lasting relationships with senior management of customers,
• Supporting the customer on the use of the "Related Marketing Cloud" platform and attending customer call/video conferences if needed,
• Providing solutions in line with customers needs and ensuring their delivery by coordinating intra-company efforts,
• Follow up competition and takes proactive measures.

Requirements:

• Can communicate (verbal & written) PERFECTLY in English,
• Proficient in MS Office, Basic knowledge on dreamweaver, photoshop, HTML and CSS is a plus,
• Technical background is a plus,
• High interpersonal relationship skills and motivation within team,
• Strong communication with the customer, can act as the voice of the customer within the company and provide end-to-end support in all processes,
• Has strong analytical and optimization skills, problem solver.
