We are looking for full time SaaS (Software as a service) Account Executives to join our rapidly growing Digital Marketing company. Reporting to Client Success Manager, the selected professional will :

•  Work home office between 18:00 pm - 03:00 am for international customers 
•  Provide best-in-class customer service on digital marketing products 
•  Manage customer relations for existing international customers in portfolio 
•  Supporting the customer on the use of the "Related Marketing Cloud" platform and   attending customer call/video conferences if needed 
•  Providing solutions in line with customers needs and ensuring their delivery by   coordinating intra-company efforts

 

 

İŞ TANIMI

• Can communicate (verbal & written) PERFECTLY in English
• Proficient in MS Office Technical Background is a plus
• High interpersonal relationship skills and motivation within team
• Strong communication with the customer, can act as the voice of the customer within the company and provide end-to-end support in all processes
• Can easily communicate with IT teams regarding technical issues
• Has strong analytical and optimization skills, problem solver
• Holding work permit in Turkey
