UI/UX Designer (Web&Mobile Apps)

Remed Assistance is looking to grow its web development team!

We are looking for a UI/UX designer familiar with website and mobile apps creation, experience with strategizing a UX/UI, and developing impactful digital experiences. This position will help support our current design foundation. The UI/UX Designer will help grow the department and build brands that positively impact people.

Position Summary: 

• The UI/UX designer will work closely with brand managers for developing relevant user-friendly products and captivating brand communication.
• Responsible for creating and developing engaging brand interaction through web and mobile interface designs. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Fine Arts or related field,
• At least 5 or more years experience in web and mobile interface design, preferably in a digital agency,
• English is a plus,
• Passionate about all things UI/UX,
• Proficient in Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator,
• Working knowledge and understanding of Sketch, InVision and online survey/testing/recruitment tools HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus,
• Conduct user research, usability testing, card-sorting, interviews and surveys, heuristic evaluations, and other UX disciplines,
• Sourcing creative assets for websites, including but not limited to images, graphics, and videos.

• Creates engaging work that differentiates a brand from its competitors,
• Design and deliver wireframes, user stories, mockups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices,
• Works with copy writers, developers, brand managers to develop products and communication content, 
• Must be willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, and learn from them,
• Must be open to receive feedback and constructive criticism,
• Keeps up with trends, technology, talent and target mindset,
• Motivated, self-starter with an action oriented and can-do attitude.
