Renaissance Heavy Industries – “RHI” carries out the heavy industry projects in all leading sectors: hydrocarbons, power, metallurgy and mining, as well as processing plants, in Russia.

In cooperation with its sister companies and through strategic partnerships, RHI provides engineering, procurement, construction, operation and management services for large-scale projects.

We are looking for a “Tender Control Manager”, to be assigned in our "Ankara" and/or “Moscow” Central Office.

Required Qualifications:

·        Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,

·        At least 7 years of experience in Tender Preparation,

·        10 years of experience in his/hers area of expertise,

·        Will be able to work in accordance with flexible job descriptions (all kinds of technical ffice duties, budget, planning, contract and other commercial issues, proposal, claim, change order, etc.),

·        Preferably worked as Tender Manager / Technical Office Manager in international large-scale companies,

·        Past experience in tendering for international and large-scale projects, coordinating tender processes, managing tender teams,

·        Advanced level of English (Russian is preferred),

·        No travel restrictions,

·        Being dynamic and open to development.

Job Description:

·        Ensuring the coordination of all processes of the Tender Committee within the framework of procedures and directives,

·        Controlling the tenders from other group companies, sending them to the tender committee for approval together with the comments in coordination with the other tender groups,

·        Examining the administrative and technical specification files, determining the scope, target, needs and deficiencies,

·        Identification, planning and effective management of resources in coordination with group companies in line with tender preparation needs,

·        Quantification and creation of estimates when necessary,

·        Collection and evaluation of material and subcontractor offers from local and foreign suppliers when necessary,

·        Managing the activities of preparing the technical and commercial tender dossier and presentation documentation when necessary, in line with the tender success targets.
