JOB DESCRIPTION

Rent 'n Connect is a fast-growing start-up company operating internationally in the Travel Technologies Industry. In 2015, we have been selected as one of the best start-ups of the year. We have solid products and a great team. 

Now, we are looking for capable Long-Term (6-months) E-Commerce Operations Intern who is eager to continue her/his career in the tourism sector and also a keen interest in E-Commerce function.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

- Follow up with customer orders

- Cooperate with partner companies to ensure that customers receive their orders on time

- Resolve customer issues, complaints, amendments, cancellations to orders

- Track and manage partner companies' stocks

- Respond to customer e-mails, manage information flow

- Handle other ad hock operations and customer relations

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Good at job tracking

- The sense of responsibility, self-disciplined, self-motivated, hardworking

- Collaboration and communication skill

- Good team player

- A capable person with a can-do attitude

- Good at English

- Innovative in approaching problems and developing solutions
