RES is the world's largest independent renewable energy company, based in the UK, delivered more than 22GW of renewable energy projects across the globe, and supports an operational asset portfolio exceeding 7.5GW worldwide for a large client base. As RES in Turkey, RES Anatolia, we have been developing wind and solar projects since 2009. In line with RES Group's growth strategy in Support Services, RES Anatolia has started providing Asset Management services for Turkey's operational wind and solar assets. We are looking for an experienced Asset Management Director in the Asset Management business unit and delivering business growth.

Assignments:

1.      Supervise RES Anatolia Asset Management team, ensuring adherence to best safety, quality, and environmental performance practices.

2.      Maximize the customer value by improving operational performance and profitability of the wind and solar projects for which RES Anatolia provides Asset Management services.

3.      Ensure that all assets comply with project-specific requirements, valid regulations, local authority requirements, grid company connection conditions, and commercial agreements.

4.      Optimize the performance of the wind farm and solar park portfolio, ensuring the best possible investment return to customers through downtime reduction and maximizing energy production

5.      Define and implement the strategy for the RES Anatolia Support Services / Asset Management business unit, supporting RES Group's global strategy for asset management

6.      Provide an operational perspective to current project development, engineering, and technical departments in RES Anatolia.

Requested skills

-        Bachelor's Degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering)

-        Minimum ten years' experience in wind and solar operational management

-        Good written and oral communication skills in English.

-        Familiarity working with international teams.

-        Experienced in managing day-to-day technical and commercial operations of wind and solar plants.

-        Experienced in managing the operation and maintenance of the electrical and civil balance of the wind and solar power plants.

-        Experienced in energy trading, procurement, contract management of operational wind and solar power plants.

-        Experienced in working in coordination with third parties, which are included in operational stages of wind and solar plants such as official entities, lenders, advisors, sub-contractors, etc.

-        Broad knowledge of the laws and legislation in the field of renewable energy especially wind and solar

-        Knowledge ofhealth, safety, quality, and environmental management systems, work control procedures, all in the context of operational wind and solar plants.

-        Strong interpersonal skills, ability to demonstrate technical proficiency, attention to details, solution provider, adaptability, capacity to manage a project in the long term, good planning management

-        Experienced in team management and development,ability to supervise and direct employees effectively

-        Experienced in budget preparation and management
